39N MAACO Holdings

With deep relationships at corporate parent Driven Brands, 39 North knew the power of the MAACO brand.  As America's #1 body shop, MAACO has serviced more than 20 million cars since its founding in 1972 via automotive paint or light collision services. 39 North saw an opportunity to consolidate an aging franchise base in a consistent, high-demand region of the country (Northeast). We partnered with our President Rebekah Horowitz, a former Driven Brands executive, and hit the ground running with a plan to grow both organically and through acquisitions. Rebekah shares 39 North's passion for a "shared ownership" culture and is eager to continue building a preeminent platform within the MAACO system.
